This project seeks to tackle the theme of migration, via an allegorical new media artwork.

It used an interactive system consisting of a 3D environment created in Unity, a LeapMotion controller
and sound design created in Max/Msp. Within the 3D environment, a world of butterflies was created.
The ability or inability of these butterflies to access different parts of the world is dependent on
their type. As such, both utopian ideals around freedom of movement and the actual framework of freedom
of movement in contemporary society are called into question.
